Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Appointment times are reserved especially for you. To help keep the schedule running smoothly and ensure availability for all clients, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is requested when canceling or rescheduling appointments.

• Cancellations or appointment changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
• Same-day cancellations and missed appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their appointment to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. Applicable cancellation fees may apply.

However, unexpected situations do arise, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to me directly at 215-499-9788 if something arises within your cancellation window, and I'll do my best to accomodate you at another time.
