Some places just feel right the moment you walk in.
That's exactly how I felt when I found SkinOS's new home at Vera Studios in the heart of West Chester.
Starting December 1, SkinOS Clinical Beauty Studio will welcome clients to 16 South Church Street in West Chester Borough, in a space that feels like the perfect fit for the experience I've always wanted to create: calm, personal, and unhurried, with a focus on healthier skin and meaningful results.
Newtown Square is where SkinOS began, and I'll always be grateful to the clients who trusted me there from the very beginning. Moving wasn't an easy decision, but this new space offered something special.
West Chester has a sense of community that I love. It's a place where independent businesses support one another, neighbors connect, and local businesses feel like part of something bigger. It's also where my family and I live, where my children attend school, and where we're continuing to sow our roots and nurture the relationships that make a place feel like home. I'm excited to become part of the West Chester business community as well, while continuing to offer the thoughtful, personalized skincare experience my clients know and love.
Every treatment still begins with your skin, your goals, and a plan designed around what you actually need. The goal is the same as it's always been: take the guesswork out of great skin, with personalized treatments and practical guidance that help you make progress over time.
I’m looking forward to welcoming familiar faces and meeting new clients in this next chapter.
I've pulled together answers to the questions I expect to hear most. If yours isn't here, reach out anytime and I'll be happy to help.
Where will my appointment be?
Appointments already booked, or newly scheduled, before December 1 will take place in Newtown Square. Anything on or after December 1 will be in West Chester. You can pre-book in West Chester now:
Will the way I book change?
Nope. The link to the booking app stays the same. Until the move is final, you'll see both locations listed as available when you book: Newtown Square for appointments before December 1 and West Chester for appointments after. Once the move is complete, West Chester will be the only option.
Will you still be in Newtown Square?
No. SkinOS is moving fully to West Chester, so all appointments from December 1 onward will take place at the new studio. I'm so grateful to my Newtown Square clients for being with me from the start, and I can't wait to welcome you to the new space.
Will your services change?
No. Nothing is coming off the menu, and the new space may give me the opportunity to expand what I offer down the road. I'll share any additions as soon as they're ready.
Will pricing change?
No. Pricing stays exactly the same.
Will your hours or availability change?
Yes, in a good way! To better accommodate requests for evening appointments, I'm adding Thursday evenings to my schedule. Keep an eye out for that when you're booking in West Chester.
Are my memberships, packages, and gift cards still valid?
Yes. Everything you've purchased is valid at the new studio, with no changes.
Is there parking?
Vera Studios doesn't have a dedicated parking lot, but there's a garage directly across the street and usually ample street parking, including free parking on Miner Street. If parking is a concern, please reach out to me. It's also a good idea to plan a few extra minutes before your appointment while you get familiar with the area and your parking options.
Can I see the new space before December 1?
Yes! And please bring a friend :) I’m hosting a sneak peek and open house on Saturday, November 28, from 4 to 9 PM. It’s Small Business Saturday in town, so you’ll also get a glimpse of the lively, bustling community SkinOS will soon call home. Parking is free all day, though it will likely be a bit busier than a typical weekday because of the shopping event. RSVP here.
